The “Leasingstroymash” Company (LSM) was the first construction contractor on De-Kastri Oil Terminal, starting in 2003 and working till project completion in 2007. As part of the Sakhalin-1 project, contracts were signed with companies such as Nippon Steel Neftegas Limited, Starstroy, ENKA Technostroy, Lukoil, Poong Lim Sakhalin, ZAO Koksokhimmontazh, ZAO “Globalstroy Enjenering”.

Company had highly developed infrastructure while located in De-Kastri/Vanino/Katchikatsi, modern fleet of vehicles and construction equipment, as well as all nessesary licenses for mining construction material at quarries close to the construction sites (stones, sand, gravel and sand-gravel mix).
