The production site located in the Pobeda district of the Khabarovsk region: 7 manufacturing areas with a total area of 92.1 ha and 17 buildings with a total area more than 25,000 m2.
The company owns a sawmill with a capacity of up to 65,000 m3 per year, land parcels of a total area of 6.48 hectares, and property (25,100 m2).
